SEO as the gateway to your impact

Through a university project, I worked on a consulting project to improve the communication of Tamaraneh, a Sierra Leone NGO. One of the components was creating an SEO strategy. My aim was to test the effectiveness of budget-friendly SEO on a small scale and focused around the sales of handmade bags. Even with ressource constraints, SEO can thrive!

What was SEO-optimized:

 Keywords for all Important pages:

  • Production process page, About page, Home page
  • Meta-title, meta-description and strategic keyword placing

 

    Redesigned Product Descriptions: 

  • Conversion-oriented and customer-friendly text with informative yet effective copywriting
  • Made to fit specific winning keywords such as “fairtrade african accessories”
